This sweet, delicious, protein-packed, yet not overfilling fall pancake recipe is the perfect breakfast to pair with your spiced pumpkin latte or warm vanilla chai. Make it for a family brunch, or have it just for one. Make sure to follow the directions below and add as much pumpkin spice to cure all your fall cravings!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup Birch Benders Plant Protein Pancake/Waffle Mix
- 1/4 Cup Almond Milk
- 1 tsp Pumpkin Spice
- 1 Flax Egg or regular egg
- 1/2 Cup Blueberries
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients
- Turn your stovetop to medium
- Spray a non-stick pan with light olive oil
- Using a spoon, form the batter into small pancakes
- Once the top-side of the pancakes start to bubble, flip the pancakes for about a minute
- Take all pancakes off the stovetop and serve with your favorite berries syrup!
