Happy New Year to you all!! As the new year is in full swing, we’re introducing monthly Healthy Habits. At Inspira, we are focused on helping others improve in every way possible.


Why stay hydrated?

On average, a person is told to drink eight-8 ounce glasses of water daily, though we often find ourselves needing even more! Staying hydrated each day helps maintain blood pressure, lubricates your joints, helps boost overall beauty and skin health, aids digestion, carries nutrients to your brain and cells, cushions your brain, spinal cord, and other sensitive tissues! Water helps to lush the toxins in your body, preventing the toxins to build up and negatively impact your immune system. We encourage you to drink plenty of water and stay hydrated!
