Orders & Shipping

What’s the status of my order?

If you have an account with Inspira TLB, you can log in and view the order status and tracking on the My Account page under recent orders. On average, each order ships out between 1-3 business days. 

How can I cancel my order?

The status of your order determines if it can be canceled. Please reach out to us via email at support@inspiratlb.com to be assisted. If we are unable to cancel your order, please reference our [returns process].

Can I exchange my order?

For all domestic customers, you’re eligible to receive free exchanges. Please email support@inspiratlb.com to inquire about your exchange. We want to make our exchange process as seamless as possible! Please drop the package off at your local USPS location. Once received, we will send out the product you’re exchanging the original for, to you. 

I forgot to add an item to my order; can I make a change before it ships?

Once your order has been submitted, it is too late to edit your order. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage. Please place a new order on the website for the additional items. Remember, shipping is free!

Can I change the color/size of what I just ordered?

Once your order has been submitted successfully, the preparation and shipping process begins immediately. To change the color or size of your recent order please email support@inspiratlb.com as quickly as possible to ensure your change is taken care of immediately.

Can I make a change to my billing or shipping address before my package ships?

You may change your shipping address after you place an order by contacting support@inspiratlb.com. Typically, you can only do this the same day an order was placed because items ship out as fast as possible. If an item has already been processed for shipping, you may not be able to change the address.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

No, we do not. If your order passes our system with a PO Box address, this potentially causes a delay.

 

Returns & Exchanges

When will I receive my refund?

Please allow 2-4 days for us to process your returned merchandise after it has been received. We’ll refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. For international orders, we are unable to issue refunds for any customs, duties, or additional fees that may apply to your order. 

Product & Inventory

The style/size/color I want is out of stock. When will you be restocking?

We at Inspira TLB come out with new collections seasonally. If something is out of stock, you can sign up for back-in-stock email alerts on the product page of the out-of-stock item. You will be notified via email once the product you are looking for is available.

I am between sizes, what size do you recommend?
