Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

All online orders are free to ship through standard shipping. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery.

Refund Policy:

Online Orders:
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a full refund. Items must be unworn, with original tags attached, and proof of purchase must be verifiable through our system.

After 7 days from delivery, online purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

In-Store Purchases:
We want you to love every piece you take home. Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be unworn, with original tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or system record).

After 7 days from purchase, in-store items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@inspiratlb.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/non-returnable items:

Items purchased at in-person events are applicable for exchange only. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or Butterfly Bundles. For wholesale orders, refunds are not applicable after the shipment is delivered.

Special Order & Private Label Policy: 
Special order items placed through our manufacturers are eligible for in-store credit only. Items must be returned unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in original packaging.
All private-label products are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. Private-label orders require 100% payment upfront prior to placement with our manufacturers.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to email info@inspiratlb.com and inquire about an exchange. You will return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you will be shipped the new item. Purchases from pop-up shops or markets are eligible for exchanges and are non-returnable.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 2-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
